LED lamp production requires the following devices: wafer expander, microscope, baking machine, wire bonding machine, dispensing machine, vacuum machine, glue filling machine, lead cutting machine, and light splitter. The production process is as follows:


1. Pipe cutting - Powder coating - Forming (divided into spiral and straight pipes, with straight pipes further divided into bent pipes and bridge connections, with bridge connections following baking) - Baking - Sealing - Exhausting - Aging

2. Production process flow of ballasts: component molding - plug-in - dip soldering - pin cutting - repair soldering - inspection and maintenance

3. Assembly process flow of the complete lamp: plug (bonding of the capillary and the lower plastic part) - board assembly (divided into winding type and soldering type) - attaching the plastic part - screwing the lamp head - soldering the bottom tin - locking the lamp head - aging - pad printing - packaging

Wafer expanding machine (to expand the wafer for easier die bonding) -- microscope (required for magnification during die bonding) -- baking machine (baking is necessary after each process) -- wire bonding machine (to electrically connect the wafer and the bracket) -- dispensing machine (required for white light, not for general light) -- vacuum machine (required for vacuuming during external encapsulation) -- glue filling machine (for external encapsulation) -- testing and sorting machine (to detect defective or leaking LED beads) -- pin cutting machine (one set for front cutting and one for back cutting) -- light distribution machine (for brightness/color/voltage distribution)


The manufacturing process of LED lighting fixtures is divided into the following steps:

The chip, bracket, and silver paste are the basic components of an LED lamp. The chip needs to be expanded for installation, the bracket needs to be cleaned, and the frozen silver paste needs to be warmed up. The entire process can follow the steps shown in the diagram, but it is important to pay attention to the two key steps of die bonding and wire bonding. After the LED beads are prepared, it's time to assemble the lamp. The assembly is basically not difficult, but different manufacturers use different assembly methods. The light source materials and assembly methods used directly affect the quality of the lamp.


The basic structure of an LED lamp consists of a semiconductor material chip that emits light when electrified. The chip is affixed to a bracket using silver paste or white glue, and then connected to a circuit board using silver or gold wires. The surrounding area is sealed with epoxy resin to protect the internal wiring. Finally, a casing is installed, which is why LED lamps have good shock resistance.


The greatest advantage of Mingshang Photoelectric LED lights is their energy-saving and environmental friendliness. The luminous efficiency of light reaches over 100 lumens per watt, while ordinary incandescent lamps can only achieve 40 lumens per watt, and energy-saving lamps hover around 70 lumens per watt. Therefore, for the same wattage, LED lights are much brighter than incandescent and energy-saving lamps. LED lights have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours and emit no radiation.
